Finding a tradesman to work in our home can be a daunting experience. Especially if it involves working in our home for more than a few hours. We all expect value for money but trust is at the heart of a good relationship between customers and tradesmen. Customers want tradesmen who can be left in their homes unsupervised to do a competent job. Tradesmen want customers who are reasonable and pay promptly.
